How many sessions can I do?

As many as you like across the 4 weeks! Most do 4-5 sessions a week.

I’m unfit will I keep up?

Absolutely. Every session scales to your level, and your coach will guide you.

When do the 4 weeks start?

From your first booked session. You’ll get app access right after sign-up.

Is there childcare?

Yes — creche available at the 9:15am class.

What happens after 4 weeks?
