NDIS Services

Exercise Physiology

Our accredited EP works with participants to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and physical function.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Tailored training that supports your unique goals — whether it’s improving balance, strength, weights loss or simply building confidence to move.

Small Group Personal Training

Train alongside others in a low-pressure, supportive environment. These sessions encourage social interaction, routine building, and skill development in a fun and welcoming environment.

Inclusive Kids Sessions

Movement-based sessions designed for kids of all abilities. These programs build confidence, motor skills, and connection through fun, inclusive play — offered weekly and during school holidays.

Low Sensory Sessions

Calm, quiet sessions for participants who may experience sensory overwhelm. We remove loud music, and fast-paced instructions — and create a space for safe, supported movement.

Holiday Kids Workshops

School holiday workshops for NDIS participants aged 5–14. Each session includes physical activity, games, group tasks, and skill-building in a structured, inclusive environment.
